An Easy Way to Find Your Body Mass Index (BMI) Today

Want an easy way to calculate your body mass index (BMI)?  Click here to visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, fill in your height and weight and you're done.  Or not.  If the numbers are in the unhealthy range, it's time to get busy.  The good news is you can lower your scores by making small changes to your food program.  The red alert on my scale finally went away yesterday when got my BMI into the safe zone.  I stopped eating all processed foods, concentrated on fruits and veggies and gave up dairy products.  The first step to good health is recognizing and admitting you have a problem.  Keep a record of your BMI readings and measure your progress.  Have a great day.
