My Morning Kick-start


Mrs. Caveman and I shared everything you see pictured above in this morning's breakfast meal.  The fruit on the plate in the upper left was blended in a high speed blender along with the oranges, bananas, 1/2 avocado, celery and spinach.  I fried the egg in coconut oil and added almonds, walnuts,  tomato, onion and mushroom on top with a dash of salsa.  This is how I kick-start all my mornings and the routine keeps me going until lunch.

If you're having trouble getting out of bed in the morning, take a look at what you're eating.  You owe it to yourself to feed your body what it needs to power through your day without feeling like you have an anchor tied around your belly.  Have a great day.
