Why You Should Consider Giving the Food Experiment a Try


Phase II of the food experiment begins on Sunday, 10/25.  I believe you should consider it if you've struggled to lose weight on your own or if you feel your past food choices are putting you at risk for a heart attack, stroke, diabetes or other diseases due to what you're feeding your body.

The original experiment was set up by my cousin, a doctor who created a food program which consisted of fruits, veggies and nuts.  All processed foods were eliminated.  The goal was to see if blood pressure could be lowered due to food choices.  I experienced positive side effects including a twenty-five pound weight loss and improvements in my cholesterol.  Bad cholesterol was reduced and good cholesterol nearly doubled.
