It May Not be the Fountain of Youth but it's a Close 2nd


Would you like to know a little secret about how you can look and feel years younger in 45 days or less?  Here's a hint:  it's not in the kool aid or any other liquids loaded with sugar.  All you have to do is tiptoe past all the foods in the grocery store with labels on them.   Keep walking until you reach the produce section and then load your cart with fruits and veggies.  Make a pit stop at the nuts section on your way out and grab some almonds, walnuts and pecans.  It's okay to pick up a bottle of wine before you leave.  It's the only liquid you need besides water.  45 days from today your friends will ask you if you found the fountain of youth.

My 45 day food experiment ends tomorrow.  It's been more fun than an adventure to Disneyland.  The biggest lesson I learned is that processed foods contribute to premature aging and increase health risks.  I'm no longer dealing with blood pressure, cholesterol or fat issues.  It may not be the fountain of youth but I do believe eating the right foods and avoiding the wrong foods will help you look and feel years younger.  Give it a try.  Have a great day.
