Phase II Caveman Food Experiment Update

The reports are coming in and the pounds are coming off.  Phase II of the Caveman Food Experiment is off to a good start.  I would like to thank the volunteers for taking time out of their busy schedules to send me progress reports.

For those of you unfamiliar with the experiment, it all began when I became a lab rat in the first phase of the experiment set up to see if it's possible to lower risk for high blood pressure without medicine by changing food habits.  I lost 26 pounds in 45 days and lowered my blood pressure from stage II hypertension to an average of 115/70 without any medicine.  Phase II volunteers are seeking to reduce weight by following the same food program – a diet rich in green veggies, fruits and nuts and no processed foods.

Stay tuned for more progress reports.  And if you know someone who is interested in learning more about how to lose weight and optimize health, please share this story.  Have a great day.
