A Food Message from the Chickens
These chickens have an important announcement. They want you to know eating kale is good for you. I agree. Ever since I added kale and other greens to my diet, reduced my animal products consumption and cut out all processed foods, my body weight, cholesterol and blood pressure numbers all returned to the healthy range. My favorite way to eat kale is to blend it up in my morning smoothie. Add half an avocado, a handful of spinach, a couple of stalks of celery, a banana, an orange, a half cup of water and your favorite frozen fruits and you will have more energy than ever.
