A Food Fight You Can Win in the Weight Loss Battle

It probably sounds too good to be true, but I found I way to lose weight even while eating unlimited amounts of certain foods.  It doesn't require portion control or calorie counting.  I hesitate to call it a diet because it's more of a lifestyle than some fad food program that requires starvation or deprivation.  If you're serious about winning your food fight, all you have to do is go back in time about a hundred years and eat the way your great-grandparents ate, that is three meals a day without any processed foods on the table.  The next time you visit your grocery store, purchase only foods without any labels.  Concentrate on fruits and veggies.  Nuts are also okay.  Eat as many of these foods as you desire.  The end result is weight loss.  You may lose twenty pounds in less than a month.

If you're hesitant to jump into the food fight because the Holidays are coming and you don't want to make your family mad by passing up on all their favorite recipes, I have the perfect solution for you.  Wait until January 1 and then join my food experiment.  100 volunteers are needed to test the theory that you can eat as much food as you want and still lose weight as long as these foods are in the fruit, veggie and nut category.  Bookmark this blog and come back on January 1.  Have a great day.
