Here and Now
How are you doing living in the moment? If you're feeling anxious about a future event or guilty about something that happened in the past, you may need some help getting yourself to the here and now. I'm finding much joy and happiness focusing on today. My meals taste better. I appreciate the people I'm with. Each season has something to offer when I enjoy all that it has to offer in the present moment.
Please don't ever defer your happiness. Live in the here and now. It's a gift. Savor it. Have a great day.
