How to Become an Influencer

Visions are powerful.  A person with vision is unstoppable.  And when this person shares his or her vision, others follow -- the world changes.  My life today is very different because I learned how to become an influencer.  I believe I'm a better husband and father because I follow these principles:

1. Sit down with your family and listen to their dreams.
2. Find a vision for your loved ones based on their desires.
3. Plot a course that will allow your family's dreams to come true.
4. Do everything in your power to align yourself with the vision and don't let anything stop you.
5. Let your loved ones know what will happen if the family works together.

These same principles work on sports teams and in the workplace.  No fancy titles are needed.  Become a good listener.  Draw out the dream buried within the person next to you.  This is the first step to changing the world.  Please add your thoughts in the comments section.
