R. C. Sproul
In order to protect the innocent (and a couple of not so innocent), I keep certain things in my life private. Some of you close to me may think that this war I am referring to has to do with you. This is a possibility as I am facing a spiritual battle like nothing I have ever seen in my life. The battle is so fierce that I even hesitate to seek the counsel of my pastor or disclose the ugliness that is now attacking.
The most difficult part of my journey is that my loved ones are under attack in an effort to persuade me to run away and give up. I cannot bear to see these innocent people get drawn in. It hurts. Evil does not have boundaries and I am caught behind enemy lines.
I have seen the storm on the horizon for a long time. It is here. My job is to man the lighthouse, to keep the light of Christ shining so that others may find their way out of the storm. If you are a prayer warrior, I call out to you. If you feel lost, I ask you to see the light of Jesus and focus on Him for His guidance. If you are part of the Evil that is trying to disrupt the plans God has for me, in the name of Jesus, I command you to depart. I refuse to retreat from the lighthouse, no matter what price I must pay. You are too important to Him and I will be here to help you find your way to Him, every day, every time, without fail, NO EXCEPTION!

Pray without ceasing. That is what I will be doing across the country. The Holy Spirit is so strong. She can do more than we give her credit for. With the other members of the Trinity all that is good happens, but not without battle.
Thanks, JP, your comment is encouraging. Godincidentally, I just got a birthday present from my son, Ryan, entitled "Self-Publishing & Marketing From The Trenches", written by and autographed by his high school wrestling coach. What are the odds of that (the cover depicts a man in the trenches with his lap-top with some soldiers in a battle.
Yes, She (or He) and the members of the Trinity are hearing our cries from the battlefield and sending us all that we need to fight our battles.
Also, Peter H. Zindler is an associate pastor with "A Touch From Above Ministries" in Ramona, maybe he will join with us to bring food to the needy in our quaint little town of 65,000.
Yes, God is awesome. Happy 4th and be safe on your journeys throughout the Midwest.
God Bless,
Mike
