Seeking 100 Volunteers for 21 Day Food Experiment
Forget making New Year's resolutions this year. I have something better to offer you and it will only take 21 days to complete. You can label it whatever you like, food experiment, food challenge, etc. The idea is to study 100 people willing to give up processed foods (anything that has a label on the outside) for 21 days while restricting their food choices to fruits, veggies and nuts. Up to two glasses of wine per day is okay. Participants on medication are asked to check in with their doctor.
