Change is not easy. It can be so overwhelming you freeze. I believe change is necessary for personal growth to occur. For me, concentrating on the one thing I want to change rather than floundering with multiple goals at the same time seems to make my outcomes more positive. In fact, every time I get a win I feel motivated to attack the next item on my wish list.
Ask yourself what is that one thing about yourself you want to change. Put in on your calendar now. Make a daily reminder note at the top of your calendar and promise yourself you will stay on task. Have a great day.
