  • How does it feel to walk on the deck while barefoot?
  • Can you smell the barbecue from your next-door neighbor?
  • Is there a breeze?
  • How fast are the clouds moving?
  • What sounds are you hearing from nature?
  • What do you see in the distance?
  • How does your snack taste?
  • Can you hear yourself breathing as you take in long deeps breaths?
  • What happy memories do you recall when you close your eyes?
