Is your opponent looking bigger than life today? I have several friends who are in the fight of their lives right now. They have one thing in common – resilience. Cancer is a tough enemy. I think of them every time I pull my pink bandana out of my tennis bag and wearing it seems to help me raise my game because I'm thinking about them.
Regardless of who your opponent may be, remember to put on your best game face. Stare at yourself in the mirror before you go out into the world and remind yourself of the warrior attitude you are cultivating. Giving up is not an option. Show your opponent what you're made of. Have a great day.
