Don't Forget to Forgive Yourself

 These have been challenging times.  Health and wellness is a hot topic these days.  I'm finding that the people I'm around who find a way to forgive themselves seem to be faring well while those who beat themselves up for every mistake they make seem to be having a more difficult time coping.  The pandemic  has a way of magnifying our behavior.

Take a look in the mirror today and have a one-on-one conversation with yourself.  When you say this, I want you to put your heart in it:  "I forgive you."  Now, let go of all the grudges you are carrying for all things self-inflicted.  Got it.  Now, go out and have a great day.
