Did You Find Your High Note?

Some people can't wait to flush 2012 down the toilet.  I'm not going to replay all the low notes of this past year here on this blog; the news networks have that covered.  Instead, I recommend you take a moment and review your personal highlights.   What important lesson or lessons did you learn these last twelve months?  What role did you play influencing the life of another? How are you planning to find your high note in the new year ahead?

The biggest lesson I learned this year is about letting go.  Here are some examples:
  1. Grudges.
  2. Pride.
  3. Ego.
  4. Possessions.
  5. Worry.
Consider this last year as one musical movement in your life.  The low notes are necessary to blend with the high notes ahead that will produce beautiful music for the world.  I'm personally moved by the audience following this blog.  Thank you for allowing me to end this year on a high note.  December readership is at an all-time high.  Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah...
