A Valentine's Day Wish

Valentine's Day will be here this weekend. It is a day of romance and joy for lovers. My wish for you is that the love you share on Valentine's Day spills over into the other 364 days of the year and that your life is filled with passion.

There are many military families in my city and Valentine's Day can be hard when couples are separated by deployments. I pray that you are comforted in your time of separation.

Maybe your spouse has already left this world and is waiting for you in Heaven. May you be consoled as you fulfill your mission in this world and may you be filled with the hope that your reunion will be unlike any Valentine's Day you ever experienced on earth when your eyes meet again.

If you are still waiting to find love, trust that the Holy Spirit will lead you to the one the Creator has made for you and be patient. It is better to wait for the right one than to be spending Valentine's Day with the wrong one.

May your Valentine's Day be filled with love.
