Sleep On It

 The third night using my sleep app on my new smart watch is a charm.  The first two nights I was in the danger zone.  I didn't need an app to know this as I barely slept.  My smart watch did give the feedback I need to make improvements.

If you want to improve the quality of your sleep, begin by sleeping with a smart watch.  Measure the quality of your sleep and use the feedback to make changes.  Have a great day.
