3 Stress Busters for a Better Life





Relax.  Today's story is for you.  I'm offering three ideas to help you calm down.  I know what it feels like to have too much on your plate.  Here you go:


1.  Connect with Nature.  Try it.  Even if you can only spare five or ten minutes, just go outside and bask in the sun.  Park your car away from your office and walk.  It makes a difference.

2.  Manage Your Time.  Say no to all the tasks that are getting in your way and slowing you down.  Be firm.  Make a list of your top three important jobs you need to complete and block everything else out until you are done.  Watch your stress levels return to normal.

3.  Let Go.  You are not in control of your life.  The sooner you realize this the easier it will be to accept all the things you cannot change including other people in your life.  Just let go.  Live in the moment.  Enjoy the ups and downs.  They are a natural part of life.  Savor every opportunity you have for a great day.
