Break the Bad Habits
Got bad habits? Me, too. The best way I know to break the bad habits is to make better ones. Focus on the new better habits and old bad habits will eventually go away. It's impossible to be moving and be still at the same time. It's impossible to be in the dark when you turn the light on. It's impossible to be overweight when you make healthy food choices and exercise regularly. Put all your energy into your new habits and you will create a new you. Have a great day.
