The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. And the ice cream cones are bigger, too. It's just not fair. The little girl in the picture had to show up and ruin the little boy's day with her over-sized vanilla ice cream cone. Eve did the same thing when she munched on the forbidden fruit in front of Adam. He couldn't resist even though Adam had full access to everything in the garden except one thing – the apple.
Wars are about other people's stuff. Burglaries are about other people's stuff. Affairs are about other people's spouses. God warned us not to covet other people's stuff for a reason. It's simple. If we can't keep our eyes and hands off other people's stuff, the fighting will continue. All we have to do is stop looking at the ice cream on the other side of the fence. Try it. Have a great day.
