How Living in the Moment Reduces Stress
I found a great way to manage my stress levels. It's as simple as living in the moment. This day can never be repeated. There is so much to experience. All I have to do is concentrate on this moment and enjoy it. It works. Try it. Let go of the past. Don't worry about future events that may or may not happen. Soak up the moment. Savor it. You will find yourself asking, "what stress?" Have a great day.
