Be the Best Version of Yourself You Can Be

Today's blog is inspired by a long-time blog reader and supporter.  He sent me these encouraging words in a recent comment:  Be the best version of yourself you can be.

For me, his words are a seven-course meal that take time to fully digest.  How does one go about this?  I don't see anything in his comment about being the best copy-cat of someone else.  Being the best at anything requires a willingness to experiment with all the variations until you find the right solution.  When others evaluate you, they may not appreciate what they see because you are still experimenting and you are a work-in-progress.

You made it this far because there are people in your life who love you and care about you.  Your parents took care of you when you were helpless.  Your teachers taught you basic skills.  You are now at a point in your life where you are identifying your uniqueness.  Keep experimenting.  Test the limits of your own imagination.  Don't be afraid to be an original.  Remember to share who you are with the world.  The world needs you.  Are you ready?  What are you going to do today to help you become the best version of yourself you can be?  Please share your answers below in the comments section.
