Fuel Your Resilience


Got joy?  Maybe your fuel tank is down to the fumes and you feel like you're running out of gas.  I use the high octane version labeled joy to stay on course.  It comes from frequent family time, solid vacations and being surrounded by happy, positive people.  It also comes from spending time with nature and doing the things you love.
