Diversify Your Training Portfolio

Your fitness matters.  The older I get the more I understand what my body needs to stay fit.  I like to mix it up.  Putting all your time into one sport or activity might get boring and certain body parts may get injured from over exertion.  Change your routine.  Try new activities.  Diversify your training portfolio to get maximum results.

If you don't have a training portfolio, start one today.  Get out a calendar and pick out 15 things you would like to do in the next 30 days – one new activity every two days for one month.  Stretch yourself out of your comfort zone.  Your body will thank you.  Repeat this exercise every month until the end of the year.  Have a great day.
