It's day 11 in the show me state. It's also time to say goodbye. This phase of my mentoring has come to a conclusion. For me, this assignment has been top notch. I'm surrounded by eager teammates who can't wait to contribute. Their energy inspires me.
I'm going home this morning. My teammates at my day job in Iowa need me to cover for them while they take their much-needed vacations. I found out at the end of my shift yesterday that my boss approved a return visit to Missouri for more training. This makes my soul sing because I'm doing what I'm created to do.
