How critical are you of yourself when you look in the mirror? In my opinion, this exercise gives you an opportunity to learn from that reflection you see. It's feedback. Just like those lines on the side of the road that keep you from going off course, those lines you see on your face help you understand how life is treating you. If you don't like what you see, decide what changes you need to make to get back to where you want to be.
Pay extra attention to your eyes. If you notice dark circles, you're in the danger zone. Your face is trying to tell you changes are necessary. Don't put these changes off. Give your body adequate rest and you will see an improved reflection of yourself in the mirror. Your friends will notice as well. Have a great day.
