I did it again. I'm late writing today. All I can say is I went so deep into my morning meditation that I lost track of time. When I returned to earth it was time to go to church. Today is a day of rest. I'm catching up on my laundry and getting some extra rest. Thanks for waiting for me to get my act together. Have a great day.
