Standing Room Only

How often are you sitting on an average day?  If your answer is similar to most Americans, this may be the source of some of your physical troubles.  Our bodies were not designed for long periods of sitting.  You can improve your health by going with the standing room only option as much as possible.  Ask your boss if you can change your office space to accommodate your choice to stand while working.  Your energy levels will soar.  Have a great day.
