Do This When You Have a Full Plate

 Do you ever have days when your to list is so daunting that you can feel a bit of anxiety creeping in?  That panic you feel may be the reason some people call in sick or others simply walk away.  This is human nature.  I have an idea for you.  It works for me.  Before you begin, please let go of all those past failures and stop thinking about everything on tomorrow's to list.

Now you are ready to tackle the full plate.  Ready?  Pretend you are putting on blinders similar to what trainers use for horses.  You must become blind to everything except that one task in front of you.  No cheating.  Stay with the task until its complete.  Do this every day.  It's a winning habit.  Let me know if this helps.  Have a great day.
