Decide to Wake Up Happy

 You cross paths with them daily.  Grumpy people.  Spend too much time with these grumpy people and you risk becoming one of them.  They are highly contagious.  If you find yourself infected, try this.  It's not scientific but it works for me.  All you need to do is make a decision when you go to bed to wake up happy.  Your brain listens, especially when you are fatigued at the end of the day.  Tell your brain you are going to wake up happy and go to sleep.  Do this every night for thirty days in order to teach your brain.  Let this new habit become a permanent lifestyle.  Have a great day.
