I know people who get discouraged when they feel like they are under some kind of spiritual attack. The older I get the more I realize that is quite possible these spiritual attacks are a positive sign. In fact, the absence of spiritual attacks may mean that the enemy doesn't see any threats.
Do you find it strange how so many people were under the influence of the enemy when Jesus was around. It seems to me like possession was common. Maybe that's because the enemy was running scared the moment Jesus began his public ministry. Jesus himself was constantly attacked. He spent 40 days in the desert dealing one on one with the enemy. The enemy had it right. Jesus was a big threat to the powers and principalities.
How about you? Do you ever feel like dark forces are showing up every time you try to do something good with your life? Do family arguments seem to erupt just before you're walking out the door to worship? Be thankful. You're on the right track. A word of caution. Make sure you pray daily for spiritual protection when the enemy is present. Don't forget to pray for your loved ones as well. If the enemy can't stop you, the spiritual attacks will be extended to your loved ones. Have a great day.
