First Week of Team Building a Success

I'm returning home today to spend the weekend with my wife.  This is as good as it gets.  Our day jobs often involve different days off and I'm getting some great quality weekend time with my family for the next four weeks.  Wilson hasn't left my side during my adventures in Davenport and we're making new friends.  It's amazing how my day job friends from across the country can come together in a short period of time and build a new team from the ground up.  Our main focus is making sure our new team understands our culture.  We call ourselves the welcoming committee.  The best words I'm going to hear tonight are "welcome home."  Have a great day.
