Consistency

I got together with my tennis teammates last night for our last outdoor practice of the year.  Next week we move indoors to prevent challenges with the weather.  For me, consistency is important.  No matter how busy my life gets, there are certain routines I follow daily to maximize my life.  It's all about the food choices, exercise choices and the daily routine.  Proper sleep is one of the most ingredients in the recipe.  I wake up at the same time every morning in order to maintain a certain body rhythm.


Consider what new daily habits you can form that will help you improve the quality of your life.  Once you find what works, stick to it.  The more consistent you are, the better the results.  Have a great day.
