God bless the dreamers, the visionaries who can see what others cannot. The founder of Teralani cruises is one of those people who dreamed big and started his own company on the west side of Maui. Last night our family experienced the Teralani sunset dinner cruise. This may be the closest you will ever come to Heaven on Earth, the meaning of Teralani.
I asked our host, Christian, about the food they serve on board. "We get our five star food from Threes in Kihie," he answered. The name comes from three surfing buddies who happen to be five star chefs. I can tell you their food pairs well with five star sunsets and a five star crew. We happened to be on Teralani 5 last night.
The pictures are pending as we are awaiting our photo package from Ryan, our five star photographer contracted by the Teralani staff to offer photos of our experience. She showed us previews of our photo shoot. If my family grants permission, check back for an update.
In my opinion, the best way to set up your own slice of Heaven is to visit my day job next door to the airport. Look for the Teralani gift cards. This will save you 20% on your cruise.
