Malls are full. Tensions are high. Road rage is everywhere. Sadly, many have forgotten the reason for the season. Last night my wife and I joined a community of believers at a private residence to focus on Jesus and the Holy Family. I thanked the group for inspiring me to get closer to Jesus. It was a year ago at this time I learned about the Chosen and began watching. What a difference a year makes. I'm just about done going through the Bible in a Year podcast. Everything I'm doing points to the reason for the season. Take time today to ponder what it was like 2,000 years ago when Joseph and Mary were about to welcome Jesus into the world. Think about how his birth changed everything. Have a great day.
