Stick a Fork in it


You may have your reasons for not sticking a fork in it.  I'm referring to something most Americans don't see on their plate often enough.  I eat at least one a day and I don't even add the croutons, the dressing or the cheese on top.  No portion controls are needed.  This is my secret weapon for improved health.  If you're not eating a salad a day, you need to stick a fork in it at your next meal.  Make it a habit.  And when your friends ask you what you're doing differently to look so healthy, tell them, "I stick a fork in it."  Have a great day.
