My plan is to have no new resolutions in 2019. The plan will already be in place. It's amazing what you can achieve in 45 days if you get busy and get focused. I challenge you to skip processed foods for the remainder of the year and eat mostly fruits, veggies, nuts, beans and seeds. You can cheat 10% of the time if you need to. Measure your results daily and see what happens. Have a great day.
