Steps, Stairs and Sleep
It's all about rhythm...steps, stairs and sleep. Motion during the day and eight hours of sleep at night. This works for me. The best way to get deep sleep is to make sure you're getting adequate exercise. Beware of sleep deprivation. Your body needs time to heal. I'm on my way to my day job for an early morning assignment. My body feels energized after getting in some quality tennis on the indoor courts last night. Have a great day.
