Going Bananas

Picture yourself at your dream weight.  How close are you today?  Do you have a plan to get there?  My life changed for the better when I decided to try a food experiment and it's become a routine that will stay with me all the days of my life.  I'm literally going bananas.  And oranges, apples, pineapples, etc, etc.  Besides daily fruits, it's also about nuts, beans, seeds, and lots and lots of veggies.  I mix in small amounts of chicken, red meat and fish to give me some variety and I limit by fluids to water and wine.  It works.  This is the good life.  Try it, you'll like it.  Go bananas.
