Daily Habits are Making Huge Impact

Minor changes over time don't really show up right away.  Most people give up when they don't see immediate results.  For example, my sleep improvements have been hardly noticeable until now.  Last night I received an 85 sleep score putting me in the excellent range.  This is possible through minor changes to my daily habits.  Another example is my savings goal for our van acquisition.  The end of month projections put us at 50% savings.  While there is a lot of ground to cover until the 8/08/25 target date, I'm seeing how minor changes to quench my urge to spend are adding up big.

I wrote a letter to myself dated 1/4/25 and mailed it.  The letter expresses my feelings about reaching certain goals.  I already know how I'm going to feel when I open the letter.  I knew what was necessary to live my biggest dreams and it really comes down to the small stuff.  It's never too late to change the course of your dreams.  Focus on changing your daily habits.  It's worth it.  Have a great day.
