I would like to give a big shout out to my boss at my day job for granting me a day off today to join my teammates in a league match in the Men's 55+ age group. While many players in this age group are retired and playing tennis regularly, I'm getting by with minimum playing time. Today will be an important test to see how I fare against these seasoned players. Family time starts when my morning tennis match concludes. The family is meeting at the movie theater to see Gladiator II.
My Samsung ring size kit arrived in time to test it out on my non-dominant right index finger prior to ordering my smart ring. I will be testing to see if the ring interferes with my game today. I decided to go with Samsung primarily because there are no subscription fees and the ring is compatible with my phone and smart watch. I'm happy to report that my sleep reports are slowly improving. The smart ring will help improve the accuracy of my sleep tracking. As far as overall health is going, I'm happy to report my blood pressure came in at 113/76 after my cardio tennis yesterday. It appears I'm finding my sweet spot when it comes to nutrition, sleep, exercise, and quality family time. The baby steps are working. Have a great day.
