The Lessons in Your Mistakes

The further you venture outside your comfort zone, the more vulnerable you become to the unknown.  Warning!  You will make more mistakes here.  For me, it's the learning zone.  I'm a big fan of feedback.  Positive or negative, this is how you know what's working and what needs improvement.  That last mistake you made is your best teacher.  It's the most recent data you have.  Take your emotions out of the equation and use the data to make the necessary adjustments.  The wise man welcomes mistakes as learning opportunities.  The fool avoids errors at all costs and never improves.  Have a great day.
