It's a rare day when I get the opportunity to celebrate my mother's birthday in person. Today is that day. We are headed to our house of worship together. We are thankful for this extended time together. Mother Nature is gifting us sunny skies and fall leaves so picturesque they ought to be in a story book. Thanks, mom, for the gift of time with you.
