Sleep Cycles Back in the Blue Zone

Consistent 'blue zone' sleep matters.  That's why I got a bit nervous yesterday when the red alert sirens were blaring.  Speaking of sirens blaring, I would like to pause for a moment and offer prayers for the first responders who are confronting massive wildfires out west.  I have a feeling these firefighters know I exactly what I'm talking about when I say good sleep matters.  When these guys are on the front lines, it's almost impossible to sleep well.

I would like to thank my friend and fellow caveman mastermind member, Terri, for suggesting I up my doses of Ashwagandha, natural plant extract that induces calmness.  I upped my dose and experienced 96% restfulness, according to my smart watch.  My mental recovery was restored 85% which is a huge turnaround.
