Breakout Day

 Star Date 10.04.25

Today feels different. Something deep inside me knows this is our breakout day—the moment where limiting beliefs fall away and new opportunities open before us. For too long, I’ve carried invisible chains of doubt, fear, and hesitation. But today, standing with my tribe, I feel free.

Breaking free isn’t something we do alone. It happens in the company of others who speak truth into us and call out our potential when we cannot see it ourselves. My tribe has become that voice for me. They remind me that what once felt impossible is, in fact, within reach. Together, we are moving forward, one brave step at a time.

I think of my friend James from Scotland, whom I nicknamed “Son of Thunder.” James embodies health and wellness in every way. But beyond that, he’s a man of courage. Recently, he took a leap of faith by purchasing and renovating a countryside home with nine rooms. Instead of playing it safe, James went all in—designing it with amenities that will draw health and wellness aficionados from across the world.

Some might have called it reckless, but James sees it as vision. He is not bound by fear. And in one year’s time, if all goes well, members of our tribe will gather there to rest, recharge, and prepare for our international conference in London.

Stories like James’s inspire me to do the same—to lean into God’s call, to take risks worth taking, and to believe that breaking out of old patterns opens the door to something greater.

Scripture
“So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” – John 8:36

Captain’s Log, Addendum

Spock: “It appears, Michael, that you and your tribe have achieved a form of liberation not measurable by conventional science. To break free from limiting beliefs is to realign logic with possibility. This course of action is… highly commendable.”

Bones: “Well, Spock, I’ll say this—logic’s fine and all, but sometimes you just have to throw caution to the wind. Michael’s finding his stride, and if that means breaking a few chains along the way, then good for him. Lord knows we could all use a breakout day or two.”
