Climbing mountains isn't for everyone. For me, it's a personal choice and a life-long pursuit. The mountain I've been climbing these last four weeks is related to my day job. I'm part of the "welcoming committee" tasked with spreading our culture to our new hires and to the people we serve in our community. Despite challenging weather, we're on track to have a successful outcome when we roll our doors for the first time next month.
My sister is in town and she will be joining my wife and me for a dinner cruise on the Mississippi river tonight before we return home to my base camp. I'm thankful for the new friends and for the opportunity to share my life on top of this mountain in Davenport. Have a great day.
