Nats Beat Dodgers in 10th Inning Grand Slam Thriller

I was asleep when it happened.  Our youngest son stayed up to witness another miracle comeback.  It was one of those moments that can turn heads.  The win was stunning, especially considering the opponent, a giant killer.  The LA Dodgers rarely lose in their own backyard.

I went to bed when it looked like Washington's Cinderella season was likely to be over.  The Nationals were losing 3-1 in the 6th inning and their closer was ready to strike the final nail in the coffin.  You need to click here for the game highlights to see what happened.  As for me and Wilson, we believe.  We're happy to see our prayers answered for our new favorite player, Aaron Barrett, the relief pitcher for the team that is now only one more series away from the World Series.  Way to go, Nats.  Have a great day.
