I'm a big believer in daily habits. Bad habits lead to trouble down the road and good habits yield permanent results. Like it or not, everything you do is a habit. If you're not happy with the results you're getting, try forming new habits for better results. Here are three G's to consider when deciding which habits you may want to implement:
- Gratitude – Practice gratitude daily. Be thankful for every meal, every person you encounter and every new opportunity or challenge you face.
- Give Back – Make it a daily habit to give something back based on your own unique gifts. I recommend doing this as part of your morning routine so you don't forget.
- Go Somewhere – Go somewhere outside your social network that will benefit others, such as a homeless shelter or a rescue center for unwanted animals.
