Try This Today

There may be a reason why your days all seem to look alike – you're stuck in a rut.  It doesn't have to be this way.  In order to break free of monotony, all you need to do is try this simple trick.  If it works, do it again tomorrow.   Think of one new thing you want to try that is different from your normal routine.  Do it right away.  Take quick action before your brain realizes what you're doing and tries to stop you.  Any new action you take opens the door to new programming.  I'm discovering that the more new things I try, the more possibilities I begin to see.  All it takes is trying one new thing.

If you can't think of one new thing to try, consider letting go of something that you no longer need in your life.  This creates space for you discover something new.  If you feel unsettled, that is because your brain prefers the rut.  Breaking free of monotony isn't easy.  That's why you want to keep it simple and only change one thing today.  Have a great day.
